Sports Betting in West Virginia
Also this week, the West Virginia Lottery Commission finalized their sports betting regulations. So, it should come as no surprise as to the time of this newfound partnership between Delaware North and Miomni Gaming. If you recall, West Virginia was the one state that teetered on the topic of integrity fees due to the state’s Governor who wanted to buddy up to pro sports leagues. Not only was Governor Justice rejected then, but he was also rejected again with these finalized regulations. Currently, only The Greenbrier and Hollywood Casino offer sports betting.
